Newest Consultant - L-J Melanson

Leslie-Jo (L-J) Melanson’s innovative leadership and project management skills were developed over almost 20 years of diverse project challenges from two of Atlantic Canada’s largest corporations: The Irving Group of Companies and Atlantic Lottery.

We welcome her as a partner now with NuFocus Strategic Group, where she will channel this first-hand experience with large and small projects into workable solutions to help her clients identify and achieve their goals, reclaim and recover troubled projects, and build effective and motivated project teams.

With an educational foundation of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick, L-J augmented her scholarship by becoming a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with the Society of Management Accountants of New Brunswick and then a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

L-J can help your firm with strategy execution (project portfolio management), recovery of troubled projects, measurement of business performance, project delivery and training and mentoring in the discipline of project management.
