Marc Grandmaison joins NuFocus Strategic Group

We are excited to welcome Marc Grandmaison as an Associate Partner at Nufocus. Marc is a well-known communications and marketing consultant in the Metro Moncton area.

Marc, known for his diplomatic approach and tactical planning in handling complex projects, brings a background that has spanned almost 20 years in both the public and private sector including lengthy management stints with two prominent local communications firms and a manufacturing firm.

He brings marketing and advertising expertise, along with detailed project management skills and extensive knowledge in product development and sourcing. He also works in the field of managing intellectual property and assisting clients with the certification of products with safety standards organizations.

Highly accomplished at adapting his consulting approach to unique business environments, Marc believes the most crucial rule of consulting is never to assume he knows more about a business than its owner. He is an active listener and keen researcher as he works to bring solutions to clients.

Educated at Universite de Moncton, Marc takes common sense approach to consulting, which he describes as listening to the client, researching the problem, and finding the direct route to the solution, all the while keeping the target audience in mind.
