Three heads are better than one.  NuFocus just started working with a local manufacturing company.  Instead of a regular one person, one retainer service, we have put together a team of three consultants with expertise in sales, marketing, strategy and finance.  This provides our client with an extended management team and expertise in several areas.  We believe that we can add value to our client by providing a holistic approach with a team of experts versus the hiring of a single manager.
