Since I’ve read Daniel Pink’s book Drive, all of my coaching sessions with my clients have been referring back to the fundamentals of Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose. It’s a really simple way to begin the coaching process. What we tend to seek in life and in our careers can be boiled down to simple things… if we’re willing to open-up and be vulnerable enough to look at what we really want… but that seems to be our biggest obstacle.

This book help us understand how we think and what really motivates us… I love it!
