Background
Charline Poirier applies her knowledge, experience and skills to produce customized solutions on people strategies for her clients. She has gleaned her skills through a 25-year career working with major technology and service companies in Canada and the United States.
Beginning with a formal background in information technology, Charline was quickly attracted to the management side of the business, as project manager and IT department head. In the last 10 years, she has focused on helping organizations find the right balance between business requirements and people needs.
Charline has continued over the years to take additional training and has recently received her certification as Behavioral Assessment Specialist.

In her operational leadership roles, Charline was instrumental in building specialized information technology and management teams and in building a service center from the ground up.
In her program director role, she implemented operational performance and resource management programs to leverage talents and skills.
As an independent consultant now, Charline thrives in helping the small and medium-size business person achieve success through the empowerment of their people. She knows the value of a clear and thoughtful step-by-step approach to institute lasting positive change.
Her experience in a variety of different businesses in her consulting role has allowed her to be particularly insightful in her assessments of work environments.
