Background

Technology consultant Bob LeBlanc is seen as a trail blazer for his ability to see the practical side of optimizing and inventing new and practical ways of using audio visual and computing services.

His career has seen him working with staff, professors and students at l’Universite de Moncton, in leadership roles with the union, Badminton New Brunswick, and sports teams.

He has a Bachelor of Education and a Masters degree in Guidance Counselling.

The consistency in his career stems from his determination to stay a step ahead of what’s happening in all aspects of technology, from computers to social networking.

For more than twenty-five years, Bob immersed himself in connecting technology and people in the academic world.

In his various support and leadership roles, his mantra is never about being the “star of the show.” Rather, he wants to maximize and draw out the talents of team members to get the job done effectively. He is committed to the concept of shared leadership.

While handling multiple projects, Bob keeps a keen sense of sensing what has to be done. Comfortable with his own skills, he communicates in a way that allows him to quickly assess the talents and skills of others.
